BackOffice

Understand the main BackOffice modules and where to start.

The BackOffice is the central workspace for daily work in OutSmart.

Use it to manage customers, plan work, follow progress, and control setup.

What you do in BackOffice

  • manage daily operations from one place

  • move between core modules like customers, work, and planning

  • control access, roles, and account setup

The modules you see depend on your package, enabled features, and permissions.
