Export a calculation to a quotation

When a calculation is ready, you export it to a quotation to send prices to the customer.

Lock the calculation before you export it.

Locking keeps the calculation figures fixed as the source for the quotation.

2

Lock the calculation

Lock the calculation so its figures stay fixed.

3

Choose the export target

Export to a new quotation, or to an existing quotation that has not been sent yet.

OutSmart creates or updates the quotation and copies the lines.

A note is added to the quotation to record that the calculation was imported.
