Show item notes on an invoice

Show item notes as separate lines on the invoice PDF.

Item notes can appear as separate lines on the invoice PDF.

This is controlled in the invoice layout.

Open the invoice settings

Go to Invoices.

Click the cogwheels in the top right.

Open the layout

Edit the invoice layout you want to use.

Go to Columns

Scroll to the Columns section.

Turn on Show note as line

Enable Show note as line.

Save the layout

Save the change.

New invoices that use this layout can now show item notes as separate lines.
