Order SMS credits

Buy SMS credit bundles so OutSmart can send text message notifications.

You need SMS credits to send text messages from OutSmart.

Use them for notifications such as reminders, updates, or confirmations.

SMS credits are available in bundles:

Open the user profile icon in the top-right corner.

Choose License Manager.

Click Order.

Scroll to Order SMS credits.

Choose the bundle size from the list.

Finish the order.

The SMS credits are added right away.

What can I use SMS credits for?

Use them for text message notifications to customers.

Do SMS credits expire?

No.

They stay available until you use them.

What happens when my SMS balance is zero?

You need to order a new bundle before you can send more SMS messages.
