What is a Day pass?

Understand when Day pass fits, how it is charged, and how to order bundles.

A Day pass gives temporary access to OutSmart for one day.

Use it for freelancers, subcontractors, or other occasional users.

A full license usually fits better when someone uses OutSmart regularly.

When Day pass fits best

Use a Day pass when someone only works in OutSmart occasionally.

For example, use it for a temporary worker who only registers hours or completes work orders now and then.

How Day pass works

• one Day pass is deducted at the end of the day
• at least one scheduled work order is needed before a pass is deducted
• multiple work orders on the same day still use one pass
• the system checks the employee number on work orders, hours, and timesheets
• rescheduling work later does not create a refund
• a new bundle is ordered automatically if the balance becomes negative

Open License Manager

Sign in to the BackOffice.

Open the user profile icon in the top-right corner.

Choose License Manager.

Start the order

Click Order.

Choose a Day pass bundle

Select the bundle you want.

Complete the order.

Frequently asked questions

What does a Day pass cost?

Day passes are sold in bundles:

• 100 passes — €370.00
• 500 passes — €1,660.00
• 1,000 passes — €2,700.00

When is a Day pass deducted?

At the end of the day.

Only days with at least one scheduled work order count.

Do I get a refund if I reschedule work?

No.

Retroactive changes do not refund a Day pass.
