What is License Manager?

What you can do in License Manager

• order licenses for new employees
• order add-ons such as SMS credits and Day passes
• order implementation or consultancy
• open invoices and contracts
• manage subscription changes, including cancellation

Where to find it

Open the user profile icon in the top-right corner of the BackOffice.

Choose License Manager.

Usually only administrators or users with the right permissions can open License Manager.

When a new contract is created

A contract is created when your account becomes paid.

A new contract is also added when you order new licenses or modules.
