Show objects on work order PDFs

Display linked objects on work order PDFs so customers and technicians see the worked-on assets.

You can show one or more linked objects on the work order PDF.

This is useful when the document must show which assets were serviced.

Go to Settings.

Search for PDF settings.

Go to the Layout section.

Find Objects.

Click the eye icon to make objects visible.

Select the display template you want to use.

Click Save.

Open a work order PDF with linked objects to check the result.

Make sure the work order already contains one or more linked objects.

Without linked objects, nothing is shown on the PDF.

Can I show more than one object on the PDF?

Yes.

All linked objects can be shown on the work order PDF.

Why do no objects appear on the PDF?

Usually the PDF setting is still off or the work order has no linked objects.

Do I need to add the objects before generating the PDF?

Yes.

Only linked objects can be shown.
