Show project information on work order PDFs

Show project number, name, and external code on work order PDFs.

You can show project details on the work order PDF.

This helps employees and customers see the project context on the document.

Go to Settings.

Open PDF Settings.

Go to Layout.

Then open General information.

Select the fields you want to show:

Click Save.

Open a work order that is linked to a project.

Then generate the PDF.

Will project fields appear on every work order PDF?

No.

The work order must be linked to a project.

What is the external project number?

This is the external project code or customer reference.

Can I also show project details in the Scheduler?

Yes.

Use the Scheduler label settings for that view.
