Convert quotation into work order

Turn an accepted quotation into a work order and plan it for an employee.

Once a customer accepts a quotation, you can convert it into a work order.

The relevant quotation data carries over automatically.

Open the quotation

Go to Quotes and open the accepted quotation.

Open Other

In the top right, click Other.

Choose Execute

Select Execute.

OutSmart converts the quotation into a work order.

Schedule the work order

Click Edit.

Then plan the work order and link it to an employee.

• Only accepted quotations can be converted.
