View the quotation communication log

Find quotation emails and reminders in the notification log.

All emails sent from OutSmart are stored in the notification log.

That includes quotation emails and reminder emails.

There is no separate log only for quotations.

Go to Settings.

Then open Email templates.

Click Show notification log in the top right.

Click Filter.

Then select the quotation-related email types you want to see.

The filter supports multiple selections.

That makes it easier to review all quotation mailings at once.

Is there a separate communication log for quotations?

No.

Use the notification log and apply filters.

Can I filter on quotation emails only?

Yes.

Select the quotation-related email types in the filter.
