1. Confirm your plan includes Reports: Accelerate or Maximize.
2. Confirm a primary entity is selected.
3. Check criteria. Too many AND rules can exclude every record.
4. Use Preview before saving or scheduling.

FAQ

I can't add a second filter criterion or pick its value.

Select the column first. The value field then appears and matches the column type. See Configure report criteria.

My report is empty.

Your criteria may be too strict. Loosen the rules or change an AND group to OR.

My report is slow to load.

Limit the date range. Reduce the number of columns and rules.
