Configure Scheduling board settings

Change layout, display, interaction, colors, and labels in the Scheduler.

Use Scheduling board settings to change how the Scheduler looks and behaves.

These settings control the board layout, time range, labels, visibility, and color behavior.

Open Scheduling board settings

You can open these settings in two ways:

  • from Scheduler → three dots → Scheduling board settings

  • from Settings → Work order settings → Scheduler

What you can configure

The main settings groups cover:

  • layout and pending work orders

  • display range and time slots

  • interaction and planning behavior

  • employee colors and label fields

The most common Scheduler changes are:

Settings that affect the planning view

Important options include:

  • number of days or weeks in the view

  • visible start and end time

  • slot duration and time between orders

  • whether pending work orders show below the board

  • whether weekends, tasks, merged work orders, or archived orders are shown

  • whether overlapping planning is allowed

  • whether work orders are planned by group

Settings that affect interaction

You can also control behavior such as:

  • default start and end time for new work orders

  • whether ad-hoc or group-linked work orders are hidden

  • whether work orders return to a group when retrieved

  • whether the work order summary opens first
