Export the Scheduler to a calendar

Subscribe to a personal calendar feed for scheduled work.

Use Calendar export when you want to show scheduled work in an external calendar.

This is useful when someone needs the planning but does not use OutSmart.

Calendar export does not sync live.

Changes are updated about once every 24 hours.

Open Calendar export settings

Go to Settings → Work order settings → Calendar export.

Choose the calendar content

Select which planning data should be included.

Set the title and content

Define the title and the content of the calendar item.

You can use the available parameters to build both fields.

Choose the category

Select the calendar category the exported items should use.

Subscribe with the personal link

Copy the URL from Your personal link.

Then subscribe to it in your external calendar application.

Frequently asked questions

Does calendar export update instantly?

No.

The export updates about once every 24 hours.

Can I customize what the calendar event shows?

Yes.
