Filter the Scheduler

Filter employees, groups, resources, and unassigned work orders.

Use filters to narrow the Scheduler to the people, groups, resources, or work orders you need.

This keeps large planning boards easier to manage.

What you can filter

Common filters include:

  • groups and employees

  • resource groups and resources

  • unassigned work orders

In the unassigned list, you can also filter by customer, city, project, work type, and date range.

Open the Scheduler

Go to Scheduler in the left menu.

Choose the filters you need

Select the relevant groups, employees, resources, or other filter values.

Refine unassigned work orders

Use the search field or the available filter fields in the unassigned section.

You can filter by address, city, zip code range, project, work type, or date.

The search field supports free-text search.

Review the result

Check the filtered planning board and unassigned list.

Adjust the filters until you see the right scope.

Date filters in unassigned work orders

You can filter unassigned work orders by:

  • execution date

  • date created

  • deadline

Use the from and to fields to limit the result further.
