Set employee colors in the Scheduler

Apply colors to employees so the planning board is easier to scan.

Employee colors make the Scheduler easier to read.

They help you distinguish employees, teams, or skill groups faster.

1

Open the Scheduler settings

Go to Settings → Work order settings → Scheduler.

2

Open Colour per employee

Select Colour per employee.

3

Choose the Scheduler view

Select how the color should appear.

Common options include Entire row, Sphere left, Sphere right, or Employee photo.

Use Employee photo when you want profile images instead of color markers.

4

Set the employee colors

Choose a color for each employee.

You can select it visually or enter RGB, HSB, or Hex values.

5

Save and reopen the Scheduler

Click Save.

Then reopen the Scheduler to check the result.

Why employee colors help

Use them to:

  • spot the right employee faster

  • group employees by region or skill

  • reduce scanning time on busy boards
