Set the non-working hours color

Highlight off-days and unavailable time on the planning board.

Use the non-working hours color to highlight time when an employee is not available.

This makes days off and unavailable hours easier to spot in the Scheduler.

1

Check the employee availability

Go to Settings → Groups → Employees.

Edit the employee and make sure the working days are set correctly.

2

Make sure the employee is in a schedule group

Add the employee to a visible planning group if needed.

3

Open Scheduling board settings

Open the Scheduler.

Then open Scheduling board settings.

4

Set Colour outside working hours

Open Colour per employee.

Then choose the color for Colour outside working hours.

5

Save and reopen the Scheduler

Click Save.

Reopen the Scheduler to review the off-days or unavailable time.

This highlight does not block planning.

You can still schedule work outside normal availability when needed.
