Use multi select mode in the Scheduler

Select multiple work orders and apply actions at once.

Use multi select mode when you want to update several work orders together.

This helps when you need to archive, remove, or change a group of planned items.

Open the Scheduler

Go to Scheduler in the left menu.

Turn on multi select mode

Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

Then choose Activate multi select mode.

Select the work orders

Tick the checkbox on each work order you want to include.

Open the actions menu

Click Actions in the bottom-left corner.

Apply the action

Choose the action you want for the selected work orders.

Examples include removing them from the planning or archiving them.

When to use multi select mode

Use it when you want to:

  • clean up planned work in bulk

  • update several work orders together

  • work faster in a busy planning board

Frequently asked questions

Can I select work orders from different employees?

Yes.

As long as the work orders are visible in the current view.

Can I still open a single work order while this mode is active?

It is better to finish the bulk action first.

Then return to normal selection.
