Change your BackOffice language

Set the BackOffice language for your own user account.

You can change the BackOffice language per user.

This only affects your own interface. It does not change the language for other users or customer documents.

Available languages

OutSmart supports:

• Dutch
• English
• German
• Spanish
• Portuguese
• French

Change the language

Open your profile

Click your profile icon in the top right.

Select Language

Click Language. Choose your preferred language from the list.

Confirm the change

The interface updates immediately.

FAQ

Does this affect other users?

No. The setting is personal.

Does this affect emails or PDFs sent to customers?

No. Document and email language is configured separately.

Can I switch back later?

Yes. You can change it again at any time.
