Set your business hours

Define working hours so work order duration matches your actual business schedule.

Business hours change how work order duration is calculated.

Without them, duration uses total elapsed time. With them, duration uses only your configured working hours.

Why this matters

A work order that spans nights or weekends can look longer than the real working time. Business hours fix that.

This only affects duration display. It does not change invoicing or time registrations.
