Create a merged work order

Combine several work orders into one new work order.

A merged work order combines selected work into one new order.

Use it when several jobs should move forward as one work order.

Open multiselect mode

Go to Scheduler.

Open the three-dot menu and enable Multi select mode.

Select the work orders

Tick the work orders you want to merge.

Start the merge

Click Actions.

Then select Generate merged work order.

Choose the merge options

Select which information must appear on the new work order.

You can also archive the originals, set them to Processed, and mark the result as an aggregate order.

Create the merged work order

Choose the new status.

Then click Merge.

Open Work Orders

Go to Work Orders in the left menu.

Select the work orders

Tick the work orders you want to merge.

Start the merge

At the bottom, click Generate merged work order.

Choose the merge options

Select the details and status you want.

Then click Merge.

Good to know

Merged work orders can be marked as aggregate orders.

That makes them easier to find in the overview.
