Beta Programs let you try selected OutSmart features before full release.
Use them to test new workflows early and help shape the final result.
How Beta Programs work
A beta is a feature that is still being developed or refined.
You choose whether to turn it on for your organization.
When you join a beta, the feature becomes active for your organization.
When you leave, the feature switches off again.
Beta statuses
Every beta shows a status.
The status tells you what action is available.
In development — the feature is being built and cannot be joined yet
In beta — the feature is open for testing
Live — the feature is finished and generally available

The Beta Programs page groups features into four views.
All — every beta available to your organization
Your Betas — betas your organization has joined
Interested — betas you marked with I'm interested
Available — betas you can join now
You can also use search and filters to narrow the list.

Why a beta might not be available
Some betas have requirements before you can join.
your package might need to be higher
a module might need to be enabled first
another beta or add-on might be required
the beta can have limited spots
If you cannot join, the beta explains why.

Support during a beta
Beta features are not covered by regular support channels.
