Use it when project work starts from a quotation and you want less manual handover.

This beta can still change during the program.

What this beta does

The beta adds project creation to the quotation flow.

The original quotation stays linked to the project.

You choose the behavior per quotation scheme.

Project integration options

Use Project Integration in a quotation scheme to decide when projects are created.

• Automatically generate a project for each quote
• Automatically create a project upon acceptance
• Synchronize changes automatically

The first option works best when you want the closest link between quotation and project.

To join an open beta:

1. Open Beta programs from the menu.
2. Find the beta you want to test.
3. Open the beta and read the About tab.
4. Click Join beta.
5. Use the Feedback survey link while you test.

If the beta is not open yet, click I'm interested instead.

Configure the beta

Open a quotation scheme

Go to Quote Schemes.

Open the scheme you want to update.

Find Project Integration

Open the Project Integration section in the scheme.

Choose when the project is created

Select automatic creation for each quote or on acceptance.

Enable automatic sync if you want changes to stay aligned.

Repeat for each scheme

Set the behavior on every quotation scheme that should create projects.
