Planboard routes

Show route order and travel details directly on the planning board.

Planboard routes show the driving route between planned work orders.

Use them to spot inefficient sequences before the day starts.

This beta can still change during the program.

What this beta does

The beta adds route details to the planning board.

You can see stop order, route icons, and a map for the selected resource.

When planning changes, the route recalculates automatically.

To join an open beta:

1. Open Beta programs from the menu.
2. Find the beta you want to test.
3. Open the beta and read the About tab.
4. Click Join beta.
5. Use the Feedback survey link while you test.

If the beta is not open yet, click I'm interested instead.

Use planboard routes

Open the Scheduler

Open the planning board after the beta is active.

Look for route indicators

Route-enabled resources show route icons on planned appointments.

Open route details

Open the route indicator to view travel time, distance, and the next stop.

Use the map

Select the resource to review the route on the map.

Move appointments to compare different sequences.

What to expect

• route icons show whether a stop is the trip from home, between two work orders, or the trip back home
• the map updates with the selected resource
• route changes recalculate automatically

Who enables the overall route layer?

Your account administrator.

Participating resources are then chosen in planning settings.
