What is AccountView?
Understand what AccountView syncs with OutSmart and how the connection works.
AccountView connects OutSmart with your AccountView administration.
It reduces double entry between field work, customers, products, and finance.
What you do with AccountView
import employees into OutSmart
import articles into materials and hour types
import projects and debtors
import selected quotes and sales orders as work orders
export work orders as invoices or sales orders
export new customers and materials to AccountView
What syncs between both systems
With AccountView in OutSmart, you can:
import employees
import articles as materials
import hour types from the Uursoorten article group
import projects
import debtors as customers
import selected quotes as work orders
import selected sales orders as work orders
export work orders as invoices
export work orders as sales orders
export new debtors from OutSmart to AccountView
export new articles from OutSmart to AccountView
How the connection works
AccountView uses a secure login flow.
You sign in on the AccountView login page.
OutSmart does not store your AccountView password.
After you connect, choose the company you want to sync.
You can connect one administration at a time.
What you need first
Before you start, make sure you have:
access to Settings → General → Software integrations
an active AccountView integration license
an AccountView account with enough access rights
access to the AccountView administration you want to sync
Important to know
The sync runs automatically in the background.
You can also start imports and exports manually from the settings page.
Daily work does not require manual sync steps.
The log panel shows recent sync activity and errors.
How the process works
Activate the integration in the License Manager.
Connect your AccountView account.
Choose the AccountView administration.
Configure imports and exports.
Save the setup.
Monitor the log for sync activity.
