Configure EasyBill imports

Choose which data OutSmart imports from EasyBill and how each import behaves.

Use the import settings to choose which data OutSmart pulls from EasyBill.

You can also start a manual import per category.

Available import options

Materials

Import products from EasyBill into materials in OutSmart.

You can limit the import to selected product groups.

Categories

Import EasyBill position groups into categories.

Hour types

Import labor items from EasyBill into hour types.

You can limit the import to selected groups.

Employees

Import employees from EasyBill into OutSmart.

Relations

Import customers from EasyBill into OutSmart.

You can limit the import to selected customer groups.

Contact persons

Import contact persons and delivery addresses.

This works together with Relations.

Real-time updates with webhooks

EasyBill uses webhooks for customer and product changes.

This means OutSmart updates key records in near real time.

You do not need to wait for the next scheduled sync.

Open the EasyBill settings

Go to Settings → General → Software integrations.

Open EasyBill.

Go to the Basic section

Find the Basic section.

This section contains the import toggles.

Enable the imports you need

Turn on each data type you want to import.

Enable only the flows you actually use.

Add filters where available

Choose the groups you want to include.

This keeps the import focused.

Save the settings

Click Save.

The selected imports then run automatically.

Run a manual import if needed

Click the sync icon next to a category.

This starts that import right away.

How matching works

• Existing customers update when the customer number already matches.
• New customers are created when no match is found.
• Group filters help limit imports to the records you need.
