What is EasyBill?

Understand what EasyBill syncs with OutSmart, how the connection works, and which plan to choose.

EasyBill connects OutSmart with your EasyBill account.

It reduces double entry between field work and billing.

This fits teams that manage invoicing in EasyBill.

What you do with EasyBill

  • import customers, products, hour types, categories, and employees

  • export completed work orders to EasyBill as invoices

  • keep customer and item data aligned between both systems

What syncs between both systems

With EasyBill in OutSmart, you can:

  • import relations into customers

  • import contact persons and delivery addresses

  • import materials from the EasyBill item catalog

  • import categories from EasyBill position groups

  • import hour types from EasyBill labor items

  • import employees into OutSmart

  • export completed work orders to EasyBill as invoices

  • upload the work order PDF to EasyBill

EasyBill plans

EasyBill supports two plans in this integration:

Plus

Use Plus for the standard sync flow.

This plan allows fewer sync operations per minute.

Business

Use Business for larger data volumes.

This plan allows more sync operations per minute.

Choose the plan that matches your EasyBill subscription.

If the plan does not match, sync can fail.
