Set up eBoekhouden

Connect OutSmart to your eBoekhouden account with your login details.

Connect OutSmart to eBoekhouden before you configure any import or export options.

You need your eBoekhouden username and two security codes.

Open Software integrations

Go to Settings → General → Software integrations.

Open eBoekhouden.

Open Settings.

Open the login settings

Click Login settings.

This opens the authentication window.

Enter your eBoekhouden details

Fill in these fields:

• Username
• Security Code 1
• Security Code 2

Submit the connection

Click Submit.

OutSmart verifies the details with eBoekhouden.

Configure import and export

After a successful login, the settings page becomes available.

Choose which data you want to import and export.

Save the setup

Click Save.

Your connection and sync settings are then stored.

Run the first sync

Click Sync if you want to start immediately.

Otherwise the automatic sync runs every 15 minutes.

Before you save

Check these points first:

• the username is correct
• both security codes are correct
• the import and export options match your process

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find the security codes?

Find them in your eBoekhouden account under the API or account settings.

If you cannot find them, check the eBoekhouden help center.

What happens if the login details are wrong?

OutSmart shows an error.

Check the username and both security codes.

Then submit the connection again.

Do I need to enter the login details again later?

No.

Only update them when the credentials change or the connection stops working.
