With Exact Online in OutSmart, you can:

With Exact Online Pro, you can also work with:
warehouses and price agreements
sales orders, shop orders, and goods deliveries
quotations, project planning, and assembly orders
Basic and Pro
Exact Online Basic
Use Basic for the core flow.
It covers customer, material, and hour type imports, plus work order export.
Exact Online Pro
Use Pro when you need broader ERP sync.
It adds advanced order, planning, warehouse, and quotation options.
What you need first
Before you start, make sure you have:
access to Settings → General → Software integrations
an active Exact Online integration license
an Exact Online account with the right permissions
an administration in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, or Spain
Important to know
The connection uses OAuth through the Exact Online login page.
OutSmart does not store your Exact Online password.
You connect to one administration at a time.
After you save the administration, you cannot change it without reconnecting.

Configure imports and exports.
Save the setup.
