Configure Moloni imports

Choose which data OutSmart imports from Moloni and understand the differences between Moloni and Moloni Spain.

Use the import settings to choose which data OutSmart pulls from Moloni.

You can also start a manual import per category.

How imports work

The automatic sync runs every 15 minutes.

You can click the sync icon next to a category to import it right away.

Import open service sheets from Moloni as new work orders in OutSmart.

You can set a reference filter to import only matching service sheets.

After import, OutSmart marks the service sheet in Moloni so it does not import again.

Employees

Import Moloni users into OutSmart as employees.

Materials

Import Moloni products into OutSmart materials.

You can choose whether inactive products should also import.

Hour types

Import products that use the hour unit into OutSmart hour types.

Relations

Import Moloni customers into the OutSmart CRM.

Open the Moloni settings

Go to Settings → General → Software integrations.

Open Moloni or Moloni Spain.

Choose the import options

In Import settings, enable the data you want to import.

Each category can be turned on separately.

Set extra import options

Fill in the service sheet filter if you use service sheet import.

Choose whether inactive products should import when that option is available.

Save the settings

Click Save.

The selected imports then run automatically.

Run a manual import if needed

Click the sync icon next to an import category.

This starts that import right away.

• existing customers update when the customer number already exists in OutSmart
• new customers are created when no match is found
• hour types import from products that use the hour unit
