Set up Moloni

Connect OutSmart to your Moloni account and choose the administration you want to sync.

Connect OutSmart to Moloni before you configure imports or exports.

The setup steps are the same for Moloni and Moloni Spain.

Activate the integration

Make sure Moloni or Moloni Spain is active in the License Manager.

If you do not see it in Software integrations, activate it first.

Open Software integrations

Go to Settings → General → Software integrations.

Open Moloni or Moloni Spain.

Open Settings.

Start the login flow

If you are not connected yet, the Moloni login page opens automatically.

Sign in with your Moloni account.

Allow access

Grant OutSmart permission to access your Moloni data.

After that, Moloni returns you to the settings page.

Check the connection

Review the connection date on the settings page.

This confirms the login was completed.

Choose the administration

Select the Administration you want to sync.

This decides which Moloni company OutSmart uses.

Configure imports and exports

Choose which data should move into OutSmart.

Then choose how work orders should move out to Moloni.

Save the setup

Click Save.

Your connection and settings are then stored.

What happens with Moloni Spain

When you connect Moloni Spain for the first time, OutSmart registers webhooks in Moloni.

These webhooks send customer and product updates to OutSmart in real time.

Before you save

Check these points first:

• the connected user has the right permissions in Moloni
• the selected administration is the correct one
• the import and export options match your process

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect more than one Moloni company?

No.

The integration works with one administration at a time.

What happens if I disconnect the integration?

The synchronisation stops.

Existing data in OutSmart stays in place.

I get an error during login. What should I do?

Check whether your Moloni account has enough rights.

If the problem stays, contact OutSmart support.

How do I know the connection works?

The settings page shows the connection date and selected administration.

The log panel also shows recent sync activity.

What is the difference between Moloni and Moloni Spain?

They are separate integrations for different Moloni platforms.
