Troubleshoot Moloni
Use the log to resolve common Moloni connection, import, and export errors.
Use the sync log to find and fix import or export errors.
Most issues come from missing customers, missing products, expired connections, or invalid export settings.
Where to check errors
Open the Moloni settings page and look at the log panel on the right.
If an entry shows an orange error icon, open it to view the full error message.
Quick checks
Before you retry, confirm these basics:
the connection is still active
the correct administration is selected
customer, product, and hour type codes still match
the selected document set still exists in Moloni
the work order contains hours, materials, or both
