Moloni and Moloni Spain
OutSmart supports two Moloni integrations.
Moloni
Use Moloni for the Portuguese platform.
It supports imports for employees, customers, products, hour types, and service sheets.
It can export work orders as invoices, purchase orders, service sheets, internal documents, and invoice receipts.
Moloni Spain
Use Moloni Spain for the Spanish platform.
It supports imports for customers, products, product categories, and hour types.
It can export work orders as invoices and purchase orders.
It also uses webhooks for real-time customer and product updates.
What syncs between both systems
With Moloni in OutSmart, you can:
import relations into customers
import materials into products
import hour types from products that use the hour unit
import employees and service sheets in the Portuguese integration
export completed work orders as financial documents in Moloni
How the connection works
The connection uses OAuth through the Moloni login page.
OutSmart does not store your Moloni password.
You connect one Moloni company at a time.
How the sync works
The automatic sync runs every 15 minutes.
You can also start a manual sync from the settings page.
For Moloni Spain, webhooks update customers and products as soon as they change in Moloni.
What you need first
Before you start, make sure you have:
access to Settings → General → Software integrations
an active Moloni or Moloni Spain integration license
a Moloni account with the right permissions
