What syncs between both systems
With Multiverse_Online in OutSmart, you can:
import relations into customers
import materials into products
import hour types into labor categories
import employees
import orders into work orders
import payment transactions to mark invoices as paid
export completed work orders as orders or order updates
export invoices as invoice orders
Two export flows
Work order export
Use this flow for post-calculation.
When a work order is completed, OutSmart sends materials and hours to Multiverse_Online.
If the work order already links to a Multivers order, OutSmart updates that order.
If no link exists, OutSmart can create a new order.
Invoice export
Use this flow to send final invoice data.
OutSmart exports invoices as invoice orders in Multiverse_Online.
This avoids manual invoice entry.
What you need first
Before you start, make sure you have:
access to Settings → General → Software integrations
an active Multiverse_Online integration license
a Multiverse_Online account with the right permissions
the administration you want to connect
Important to know
The connection uses OAuth through the Multiverse_Online login page.
OutSmart does not store your Multiverse_Online password.
You connect to one administration at a time.
Import and export can run separately.
Some imports run automatically.
Materials, hour types, and employees import only when you start them manually.

Configure imports and exports.
Save the setup.
