export completed work orders back to the linked Perfectview activity
create draft invoices in Perfectview
attach the work order PDF and form PDF files to the activity in Perfectview
What you need first
Before you start, make sure you have:
access to Settings → General → Software integrations
your Perfectview API ID
your Perfectview Database ID
your Perfectview User ID
API access enabled in Perfectview
Important to know
The integration works in both directions.
You choose which imports and exports are active.
You can work with multiple administrations.
Imported activities keep their Perfectview reference in OutSmart.
That reference is required for export back to Perfectview.
