# Silvasoft

**Silvasoft** connects OutSmart with your Silvasoft administration.

Use this section to connect your account, import data, export invoices, and resolve sync issues.

### What you can do with Silvasoft

* import **relations** into OutSmart customers
* import **products** as materials and hour types
* import **orders** as work orders
* export completed work orders to **Silvasoft** as invoices

### Important to know

* You need an active **Silvasoft** integration license in the **License Manager**.
* The connection uses your **Silvasoft username** and **API key**.
* OutSmart does **not** store your Silvasoft password.
* OutSmart can sync automatically every **15**, **30**, or **60 minutes**.
* After setup, OutSmart creates work statuses **0**, **1**, and **99** for the export flow.
