What you do with SnelStart Online
import customers, materials, hour types, and quotations into OutSmart

What syncs between both systems
With SnelStart Online in OutSmart, you can:
import relations into customers in OutSmart
import articles into materials
import hour types into OutSmart
import quotations as work orders
import invoice payment registrations so paid invoices update in OutSmart
export completed work orders as sales orders or sales bookings
export materials, hours, extra lines, and PDF attachments
Some options depend on the SnelStart version you use.
import orders as work orders only with SnelStart 12
import price agreements only with SnelStart 12
use order line discounts only with SnelStart 12
use order types other than Order only with SnelStart 12
How the connection works
Generate an API key in SnelStart Online under Koppelingen → OutSmart.
Enter that key in OutSmart to connect both systems.
OutSmart does not store your SnelStart password.
After a successful connection, OutSmart shows your company name and administration name.
What you need first
Before you start, make sure you have:
an active SnelStart Online integration license in OutSmart
access to Settings → General → Software integrations
an API key from SnelStart Online
Important to know
The integration runs automatically in the background.
You can also start manual imports and exports from the settings page.
The first connection creates dedicated SnelStart work order statuses in OutSmart.
These statuses control what the export sends to SnelStart.
If you use the SnelStart Online web version, some advanced features stay unavailable.
Imports for price agreements and orders, plus order line discounts, require SnelStart 12.
