Set up Teamleader

Connect OutSmart to your Teamleader account and run the first sync.

Connect OutSmart to Teamleader before you configure imports or exports.

You sign in through the Teamleader login page.

Before you start

Make sure the Teamleader integration is active in the License Manager.

Without the license, you cannot use the connection.

Open Software integrations

Go to Settings → General → Software integrations.

Open Teamleader.

Open Settings.

Start the login flow

If you are not connected yet, OutSmart redirects you to the Teamleader login page.

Sign in to Teamleader

Log in with your Teamleader account.

Then allow OutSmart to access your data.

Return to OutSmart

After login, OutSmart opens the Teamleader settings again.

You can then review the connection and available settings.

Configure imports and exports

Choose which data should move into OutSmart.

Then choose which work orders should move out.

Save the setup

Click Save.

OutSmart stores the settings and registers the required webhooks.

Run the first sync

Click Sync.

This starts the first import immediately.

Before you save

Check these points first:

• the Teamleader login succeeded
• the import and export options match your process
• the required invoice settings are filled in when export is enabled

OutSmart registers Teamleader webhooks automatically.

You do not need to create them manually in Teamleader.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I disconnect the integration?

The synchronisation stops.

Existing data in OutSmart stays in place.

Use the power icon in the log panel to disconnect.

What should I do if the access token expired?

OutSmart refreshes the token automatically.

If that fails, disconnect the integration and connect it again.

How do I know the connection works?

Open the log panel on the right side.

Successful syncs and exports appear there.

Do I need to set up webhooks myself?

No.

OutSmart registers them automatically when you save or run a sync.
