Configure Testo ProHeat exports

Choose when completed work orders export from OutSmart to Testo.

Use the export settings to choose when completed work orders are sent to Testo.

A successful export updates the appliance compliance record in Testo.

Available export settings

Export work status

Choose which work order status triggers the export.

Only work orders that reach this status are sent to Testo.

Exported work status

Choose which status OutSmart should apply after a successful export.

This helps you see which work orders were already sent.

Certification type

OutSmart adds the Certification type field to work orders.

Choose New for a new installation inspection.

Choose Periodic for a periodic maintenance check.

Compliance certificates

After Testo generates the certificate, OutSmart can retrieve the PDF.

The certificate is linked to the related appliance and customer.

Requirements for export

A work order exports only when:

  • the customer exists in OutSmart

  • the customer is linked to a Testo client ID

  • the work order reaches the configured export status

If the customer has no Testo client ID, the export fails.

OutSmart then sets the work order to error status 99.

Open the Testo settings

Go to Settings → General → Software integrations.

Open Testo ProHeat.

Choose the trigger status

In Work order export, select the Export work status.

This status starts the export to Testo.

Choose the success status

Select the Exported work status.

OutSmart applies this status after a successful export.

Save the settings

Click Save.

The export setup is then stored.

Run a manual export when needed

Click the sync icon in the export section.

This exports all eligible work orders immediately.

What happens if the customer is not linked to Testo?

The export fails.

How do I view compliance certificates in OutSmart?

Certificates can be retrieved from Testo and viewed in OutSmart.
