Configure Testo ProHeat imports

Choose which customers and appliances OutSmart imports from Testo.

Use the import settings to choose which data OutSmart pulls from Testo.

You can import customers and appliances.

Available import options

Relations

Import customers from Testo into OutSmart.

OutSmart imports the customer name, address, city, postal code, contact person, phone number, and email address.

OutSmart also uses the postal code to determine the Belgian region.

Objects

Import appliances from Testo as objects in OutSmart.

Each appliance is linked to the matching customer.

OutSmart stores these values on the object:

• Testo Pro+ ID
• Serial number
• Nominal power
• Brand
• Type
• Production year
• Object type as ProHeat or ProCool

Sync date

You can set a start date for both relations and objects.

Only records created or updated after that date are synchronised.

This keeps the sync focused on recent changes.

Use valid Belgian 4-digit numeric postal codes.

If a postal code is invalid, the region cannot be determined and the sync can fail.

Open the Testo settings

Go to Settings → General → Software integrations.

Open Testo ProHeat.

Enable relation import

In Synchronize relations, enable the toggle.

Then choose the relation sync date.

Choose the appliance modules

In Object synchronization, select ProHeat, ProCool, or both.

Only the selected modules import appliances.

Set the object sync date

Choose the date from which appliance changes should import.

Only newer or changed appliances are included.

Save the settings

Click Save.

The import settings are then stored.

Run a manual import when needed

Click the sync icon next to relations or objects.

This starts that import immediately.

How matching works

• Imported appliances are linked to the matching customer in OutSmart.
• Existing linked customers update with the latest Testo data.
• Imported objects keep the Testo appliance ID in Testo Pro+ ID.

Frequently asked questions

How often does the automatic import run?

The integration syncs automatically at regular intervals.

You can also start a manual sync at any time.

What happens if a customer already exists in OutSmart?

If the customer is already linked to a Testo client ID, OutSmart updates that record.

What happens if the postal code is invalid?

The postal code must be numeric and use the Belgian 4-digit format.

If it is invalid, OutSmart logs an error.

What happens if the region cannot be matched?

If the region cannot be determined, OutSmart defaults to Flanders.

Which appliance details are imported?

OutSmart imports the Testo appliance ID, serial number, nominal power, brand, type, production year, and module type.
