What is Testo ProHeat?

It reduces double entry between field work and Belgian compliance registration.

Supported Testo modules
Testo supports two modules in this integration:
ProHeat for heating appliances
ProCool for cooling appliances
You can activate one module or both.
What syncs between both systems
With Testo ProHeat in OutSmart, you can:
import customer name, address, city, postal code, contact, phone number, and email address
import appliances with the Testo appliance ID, serial number, nominal power, brand, type, and production year
store the appliance type as ProHeat or ProCool on the object
export completed maintenance and inspection work orders to Testo
retrieve the generated compliance certificate in OutSmart
What you need first
Before you start, make sure you have:
an active Testo ProHeat license in the License Manager
a valid Testo security key
valid Belgian postal codes for customers and appliances
Important to know
This integration is designed for Belgium.
Postal codes must use the Belgian 4-digit numeric format.
OutSmart uses the postal code to determine the region.
The region is set to Flanders, Wallonia, or Brussels.
If a region cannot be matched, OutSmart defaults to Flanders.
OutSmart connects with a security key.
OutSmart does not store your Testo password.
How the process works
Connect OutSmart with your Testo security key.
Choose whether you use ProHeat, ProCool, or both.
Configure customer and appliance imports.
Configure which work order status triggers export.
Let OutSmart sync customers, appliances, and completed work automatically.
