Important to know before you start
The integration must be activated in the License Manager first.
The connection uses a TOPdesk application password.
Your personal TOPdesk password is not stored in OutSmart.
The automatic sync runs every 15 minutes.
You can also start a manual sync from the settings page.
Relations only sync from TOPdesk to OutSmart.
