What you do with TrackJack

2. Then set up TrackJack.
3. Then link TrackJack drivers to employees.
4. Then review route and hour import.
5. Use Troubleshoot TrackJack when a sync fails.

Important to know before you start

• TrackJack is import-only.
• The automatic sync runs every 15 minutes.
• Routes and hours only import for linked drivers.
• Route and hour entries can appear later than vehicle updates.

If a TrackJack driver is not linked to an OutSmart employee, OutSmart skips that driver's routes and hours.
