Set up TrackJack

Connect OutSmart to your TrackJack account and choose what to import.

Connect OutSmart to TrackJack before you configure imports.

You need your TrackJack username and password.

Purchase the integration

Open the License Manager.

Purchase TrackJack if it is not active yet.

Open Software integrations

Go to Settings → General → Software integrations.

Open TrackJack.

Open Settings.

Sign in to TrackJack

Enter your username and password.

Then click Login.

Set the synchronisation date

Choose the Synchronisation date.

OutSmart imports data from this date onward.

Choose what to import

Select the data you want to import:

• Drivers
• Vehicles
• Locations
• Routes and hours

Configure route and hour options

If you enable Routes and hours, choose the options you need:

• Book routes on trips
• Book routes on hours
• Book parked hours on hours

Choose the hour types

If you import hours, set these fields:

• Default travel hour type
• Standard working hours

Save the setup

Click Save.

Your connection and import settings are then stored.

Link drivers and start the first sync

Open Link drivers to map drivers to employees.

Then click Sync if you want to start immediately.

Before you save

Check these points first:

• the TrackJack login details are correct
• the synchronisation date is correct
• the selected import options match your process
• the hour types are set if you import hours

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find TrackJack in OutSmart?

Go to Settings → General → Software integrations.

The integration appears there after purchase.

What happens if the login details are wrong?

The login fails.

OutSmart does not open the settings page.

Check the username and password.

Then try again.

Can I change the synchronisation date later?

Yes.

Update the date in the settings.

Future syncs use the new start point.
