Set up VISMA.net

Connect OutSmart to your VISMA.net account and save the first setup.

Connect OutSmart to VISMA.net before you configure imports or exports.

You sign in through the VISMA.net login page.

Open Software integrations

Go to Settings → General → Software integrations.

Open VISMA.net.

Open Settings.

Start the login flow

Open the VISMA.net settings.

If you are not connected yet, the login screen appears.

Sign in to VISMA.net

Click Login.

Log in with your VISMA.net account.

Then allow OutSmart to access your data.

Return to OutSmart

After login, OutSmart opens the VISMA.net settings again.

The connection is then active.

Configure imports and exports

Choose which data should import into OutSmart.

Then choose how completed work orders should export.

Save the setup

Click Save.

Your connection and settings are then stored.

How to confirm the connection

Check these points after login:

  • the import and export settings are visible

  • the log panel on the right shows recent sync activity

  • no authentication error is shown

Important to know

  • OutSmart tries to refresh the access token automatically.

  • If refresh fails, you see API token invalid. Please reauthenticate.

  • Disconnecting the integration stops synchronisation.

  • Existing data in OutSmart stays in place after disconnecting.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if the access token expires?

OutSmart tries to refresh it automatically.

If that fails, the settings page shows API token invalid. Please reauthenticate.

Click Login to reconnect.

How do I know the connection is working?

The settings page shows the import and export options.

The log panel also shows recent sync activity.

What happens if I disconnect the integration?

The synchronisation stops.

Existing data in OutSmart is not deleted.

No new data syncs until you reconnect.

I get an error during login. What should I do?

Make sure the connected VISMA.net account has the right access rights.

If the error stays, contact OutSmart support.
