What is WeFact?
Understand what WeFact syncs with OutSmart and how the integration works.
WeFact connects OutSmart with your WeFact environment.
It reduces double entry between field work and invoicing.
What you do with WeFact
import customers, products, hour types, product groups, and quotations
export completed work orders to WeFact as invoices or quotations
create missing customers and products in WeFact during export when needed
What syncs between both systems
OutSmart can import this data from WeFact:
products into materials
customers into relations
products from the Uursoorten group into hour types
product groups into categories
quotations into work orders
OutSmart can export this data to WeFact:
work orders as invoices
work orders as quotations
How the export flow works
A work order in OutSmart can be sent to WeFact as an invoice or quotation.
Before export, OutSmart can create a missing customer or product in WeFact.
The work status on the work order controls two things:
whether hours are included in the export
whether WeFact creates the document as draft or sent
How quotation import works
WeFact quotations import as new work orders in OutSmart.
Only quotations with the custom field werkbonapp set to 1 are imported.
After import, OutSmart marks the quotation so it does not import again.
