Set up Yuki

Connect OutSmart to your Yuki account with your API key and choose the right administration.

Connect OutSmart to Yuki before you configure any import or export options.

You need a valid Yuki API key.

Open Software integrations

Go to Settings → General → Software integrations.

Open Yuki.

Open Settings.

Open the login screen

If Yuki is not connected yet, the login screen opens.

You see a field for the Yuki API key.

Find your API key in Yuki

Open your Yuki account.

Find the API key in the Yuki account settings.

Use the help link on the login screen if you need guidance.

Enter the API key

Paste the API key into the field.

Click Submit.

Choose the administration

After a successful login, the Yuki settings page opens.

Select the Administration you want to sync.

Set the sync date

Choose the Sync date.

OutSmart syncs data from this date onward.

Use the date you start using the integration.

Configure import and export

Choose the import and export options that fit your process.

You can adjust them later.

Save the setup

Click Save.

Your connection and Yuki settings are then stored.

Before you save

Check these points first:

• the API key is valid
• the correct administration is selected
• the sync date matches your start date
• the import and export options match your process

How you know the connection works

After a successful login, OutSmart shows the available Yuki administrations.

The log panel on the right also shows recent sync activity.

Where do I find the Yuki API key?

Find it in your Yuki account settings.

Use the help link on the OutSmart login screen if you need the exact Yuki steps.

What happens if the API key is wrong?

OutSmart shows API key not valid.

Copy the key again from Yuki and submit it again.

Can I change to another Yuki administration later?

Yes.

Select a different administration in the settings and save again.

Only one administration can be active at a time.
