What is Yuki?

Understand what Yuki syncs with OutSmart and what you need before you start.

Yuki connects OutSmart with your Yuki administration.

It reduces double entry between field work and accounting.

What you do with Yuki

  • import relations into OutSmart

  • export completed work orders as sales invoices

  • export OutSmart invoices as sales invoices

What syncs between both systems

With Yuki in OutSmart, you can:

  • import relations from Yuki into customers

  • export completed work orders to Yuki as sales invoices

  • export final OutSmart invoices to Yuki as sales invoices

  • upload the work order PDF together with the invoice

How the connection works

OutSmart connects to Yuki with a Yuki API key.

OutSmart does not store your Yuki password.

After you connect, choose one administration in Yuki.

That administration is then used for imports and exports.

What imports from Yuki

OutSmart imports active Yuki relations as customers.

This includes both people and companies.

The import can include:

  • name

  • address

  • city

  • postal code

  • country

  • email address

  • phone number

Only relations created or updated on or after the sync date are imported.

What exports to Yuki

OutSmart sends sales invoices to Yuki from one of these sources:

  • completed work orders

  • final OutSmart invoices

The Yuki invoice can include:

  • materials with code, name, quantity, and price

  • worked hours with hour type code, name, duration, and price

  • customer details

  • the internal work description as a note
