What is Yuki?
Understand what Yuki syncs with OutSmart and what you need before you start.
Yuki connects OutSmart with your Yuki administration.
It reduces double entry between field work and accounting.
What you do with Yuki
import relations into OutSmart
export completed work orders as sales invoices
export OutSmart invoices as sales invoices
What syncs between both systems
With Yuki in OutSmart, you can:
import relations from Yuki into customers
export completed work orders to Yuki as sales invoices
export final OutSmart invoices to Yuki as sales invoices
upload the work order PDF together with the invoice
How the connection works
OutSmart connects to Yuki with a Yuki API key.
OutSmart does not store your Yuki password.
After you connect, choose one administration in Yuki.
That administration is then used for imports and exports.
What imports from Yuki
OutSmart imports active Yuki relations as customers.
This includes both people and companies.
The import can include:
name
address
city
postal code
country
email address
phone number
Only relations created or updated on or after the sync date are imported.
What exports to Yuki
OutSmart sends sales invoices to Yuki from one of these sources:
completed work orders
final OutSmart invoices
The Yuki invoice can include:
materials with code, name, quantity, and price
worked hours with hour type code, name, duration, and price
customer details
the internal work description as a note
What you need first
Before you start, make sure you have:
access to Settings → General → Software integrations
a Yuki API key
the Yuki integration activated in the License Manager
the correct administration in Yuki
Important to know
The integration works with one administration at a time.
The sync runs automatically in the background.
You can also start imports and exports manually from the settings page.
The log panel shows recent sync activity and errors.
How the process works
Activate the Yuki integration.
Connect Yuki with your API key.
Choose the Yuki administration.
Set the sync date.
Configure imports and exports.
Save the settings.
