What is a Power-Up?
A Power-Up is a premium feature you activate for your account.
Some Power-Ups are included in higher packages.
Other Power-Ups need separate activation.
This lets you extend OutSmart without changing your package.
You can try each Power-Up first with a free trial.
After the trial ends, it automatically converts into a subscription unless you cancel it in time.

Launch — Work Orders, Items & Hours, and Relations.
Boost — Everything in Launch, plus Scheduler, Invoicing, Custom email domain, Rights & Roles, Document Management, and access to more feature options.
Accelerate — Everything in Boost, plus Quotations, Asset Management, Dashboards, Reporting, Contracts, SLA, Forms, Visual Forms, Projects, two automations, and two advanced knowledge sessions.
Maximize — Everything in Accelerate, plus Price Calculations, Purchasing, Unlimited Automations, Project Planning, and CRM+.
Where to find Power-Ups
You manage Power-Ups through the Marketplace.
Click your user profile in the top-right corner.
Choose Marketplace.
Browse the catalog or use search.
Click View Details to open a Power-Up.
Only users with Administrator rights can start a trial or activate a Power-Up.
Availability and setup
Some features are included in higher packages.
The same feature can be included in one package.
It can also be a separate Power-Up in another.
Some Power-Ups also need extra setup in OutSmart after activation.
Common examples include Mollie, Peppol, and 2BA.

Mail to WorkOrder — Turn incoming emails into work orders automatically with matching and parsing rules.
PlanSmart (AI Routeplanner) — Optimize field service routes with AI.
Premium Academy — Give users role-based online training and learning paths inside OutSmart.
Resources — Plan internal equipment, track availability, and charge resource usage in OutSmart.
Contract Management — Manage service agreements and generate recurring work orders automatically.
Tasks — Assign tasks, monitor progress, and keep follow-up clear.
Timesheets — Register working hours, travel time, and expenses clearly.
Timesheet licenses — Add separate timesheet licenses for employees who only register time and expenses.

How to start a Power-Up trial
You can cancel the trial at any time within the 14-day period.
