Activate Certificates through Feature Settings

Enable Certificates in the BackOffice so the HR module becomes available.

You activate Certificates through Feature Settings in the BackOffice.

After activation, the certificates module becomes available in the HR area.

Activation can depend on your package, license, and permissions.

Only users with the right access can change feature settings.

Open the OutSmart BackOffice.

Go to Settings → Feature Settings.

Search for the certificates feature.

Turn on Certificates or Employee Certificates.

Then save your changes.

Open the HR section.

Check that the certificates pages are now available.

Who can activate Certificates?

Usually only users with administrator rights.

How quickly is Certificates available?

The feature is available immediately after saving.

Is Certificates included in every package?

No. Availability depends on your package and license.
