Configure guest work orders

Let guests submit requests without a full portal account and control what they can do.

The Guest work order section lets non-registered users submit requests.

Use it when full portal access is not required.

Open the portal

Open the portal you want to edit.

Open Guest work order

Select the section in the left menu.

Enable guest requests

Turn on the guest work order option.

Review the guest options

Choose which guest actions are allowed.

Save the settings

Click Save.

Typical choices

• allow or block address changes
• allow or block new relation creation
• choose which work types guests can use

Can guests create requests for others?

That depends on your guest settings.
